OUR MISSION
At Pilates V we strive to provide an inclusive, creative, and adaptive environment to meet the needs of students of varying levels. The goal of our program is to go beyond the basic "muscles and bones" approach to teaching, and instead focus on immersive and hands on experiences, so students have the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of movement systems and apply the foundational Pilates principles of mind and body via real in-studio experiences. At the end of this program we expect students to not only have the technical skill to begin teaching clients, but the practical skills of applying the knowledge.
