Join Erika for a 30 minute guided mindfulness meditation. In this session, we practice directing our attention to different aspects of the present moment, including our physical, mental, and emotional experience. Mindfulness can help us improve our focus, cultivate mind-body connection, become more aware of our emotions and mental patterns, and learn to be at home in ourselves. The session is welcome for all experience levels, and can be done sitting, lying down, standing, or even walking!
