v1: Reformer+ Beginner*

You’re familiar with the equipment and still have so much to learn about the Pilates principles and your own body. You’re feeling and seeing results but want to further improve your technique. You want to develop more strength, flexibility and focus before progressing to the next level. You’ll enjoy a safe, dynamic, balanced workout set to upbeat music using a variety of equipment including the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair and small props. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS.
