This is fitness fusion Pilates style! Pilates-infused cardio classes with functional, fun and fresh use of the Jumpboard and Springboard for a heart-throbbing, blood-pumping whole body workout with music that’ll make you move! Sweat, laugh and feel the velocity! All levels welcome. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS.
