Terms and conditions for V-Unlimited* (Monthly)
Purchase Policy: This Monthly Plan starts on the date of purchase, is non-refundable, is usable thru the next renewal date, and WILL AUTO-RENEW BY DEFAULT. The credit card on file in the account will be auto-billed on a monthly basis UNLESS THIS PLAN IS CANCELLED which must be at least two-weeks before the next billing cycle due date. An unlimited plan is defined as 1-class per day per month.
Returns & Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. A $25 fee may be applied for any changes made to a plan.
Number of Classes: An unlimited plan is defined as 31-classes visits month (multiple visits per day allowed but overall visits cannot exceed 31 per month). Classes do not roll over month-to-month.
Supplementing Monthly Plans With Additional Classes: If while on an Unlimited plan you request to attend more than one class per day, you may inquire about a special discounted class package available to Unlimited plan holders only.
IMPORTANT: Class Passes must be purchased in addition to Monthly Plans in order to supplement additional classes. Do not purchase a second monthly plan and stack them as this results in you having two auto-renewing monthly plans instead of just one and a $25 fee will be assessed to correct this. Pilates V makes no guarantees on class or trainer availability, and will be closed on all federal holidays.
Late Cancels & No Shows: A $15 fee is applied for any “late cancel” (cancellation of class with less than a 12-hour notice). A $25 fee when a scheduled class results in a "no show".
Putting a Plan on Hold: Unlimited Monthly Plans may be put on hold for a maximum of 3 weeks for a fee of $25. Consecutive holds are permitted but may not exceed the price of the monthly plan. Send an email to hello@PilatesV.com to request a hold 2-weeks before the start date of the hold.
Plan Cancellation: An Unlimited monthly plan may be cancelled at least two-weeks before the next due bill cycle as long as there is no commitment period in effect. Cancellation during a commitment period may result in a fee equal to 50% of the value of the remaining commitment. To cancel a plan, please email hello@pilatesv.com
You Agree: The client and the trainer/studio acknowledge that this agreement, including without the limitation the reverse side hereof, constitutes their entire agreement and understanding. This agreement is governed by California law and any disputes resulting here from shall be heard in the County of Santa Clara. The trainer makes no warranties and no representation, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. If any portion of this agreement is held unenforceable, such portions shall be disregarded and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to use the trainer’s facilities will not relieve the client of the client’s obligation to pay all amounts due hereafter. Client acknowledges that the studio makes no guarantee on class or specific trainer availability. Pilates V makes no guarantee on class schedule, instructors, or holiday closures. Pilates V is also a school who on occasion may have assistant teachers for small portions of class. While we make every effort to notify clients in advance of short portions of classes being taught by student teachers we cannot guarantee communication.
