Terms and conditions for 1 Drop-in Class

Purchase Policy: This Pass starts on the date of purchase, is non-refundable and expires on the date specified on the receipt. Storing a credit card is required for late cancellation and no-show policies.

Returns & Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. A $25 or 5% fee may be applicable for any changes made to a class pass or monthly plan after purchase.

Late Cancels & No Shows: A $15 fee is applied for any “late cancel” (cancellation of class with less than a 12-hour notice). A $25 fee + 1 class is deducted when a scheduled class results in a "no show". Classes may be cancelled up to 10 minutes before a class is due to start via desktop or mobile app. We do not accept cancellations by phone or email.

You Agree: The client and the trainer/studio acknowledge that this agreement constitutes their entire agreement and understanding. This agreement is governed by California law and any disputes resulting here from shall be heard in the County of Santa Clara. The trainer makes no warranties and no representation, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. If any portion of this agreement is held unenforceable, such portions shall be disregarded and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to use the trainer’s facilities will not relieve the client of the client’s obligation to pay all amounts due hereafter. These terms and conditions include our Studio Waiver, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Pilates V makes no guarantee on instructor or schedule availability. Pilates V is also a school who on occasion may have assistant teachers for small portions of class. While we make every effort to notify clients in advance of short portions of classes being taught by student teachers we cannot guarantee communication.
