Terms and conditions for Pilates V @Home - 1 Month Video Library Access

Purchase Policy: This Monthly Plan starts on the date of purchase, is non-refundable, is usable for access to online recorded class portal for 30-days from date of purchase (live classes currently scheduled thru Oct 1 2020) THIS PLAN DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY RENEW NOR IS PRORATED.

Returns & Refunds: All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be converted to account credit.

Classes: This pass only applies to ONLINE classes and cannot be used in studio. You must have high speed internet access to access recordings.

Studio is not responsible for client wifi, device, or technical issues.

You Agree: The client and the trainer/studio acknowledge that this agreement, including without the limitation the reverse side hereof, constitutes their entire agreement and understanding. This agreement is governed by California law and any disputes resulting here from shall be heard in the County of Santa Clara. The trainer/studio makes no warranties and no representation, expressed or implied, other than those set forth herein. If any portion of this agreement is held unenforceable, such portions shall be disregarded and the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to use the trainer™s/studio's facilities will not relieve the client of the client™s obligation to pay all amounts due hereafter. Client acknowledges that the studio makes no guarantee on class or specific trainer availability. Studio cannot control client technical issues. In the event a technical issue on our side that prevents more than 15% of the class being viewable we will provide free playback/recorded option of the class for 24-hour viewing. Pilates V is also a school who on occasion may have intern teachers in training teaching classes.
