Stephanie developed her love for barre, Pilates, and body mechanics in the amazing city of Los Angeles. where she found Pilates to be a welcome respite from work and her graduate studies. Among other hidden talents, she is both a competitive and professional dancer, traveling around the world with various companies as a corps member and fire performer. She found that Pilates not only improved her movement technique, but also her quality of life. This is what she strives to impart unto others--and doing so with firm, yet empathetic guidance. She believes Pilates is an extremely time-efficient way to strengthen supporting muscles which will not only decrease likelihood of injuries but will greatly enhance other workouts and functional everyday activities. Most importantly, learning how to become a master of your body is what makes it so much FUN!
