All studios, all group classes. Unlimited defined as 1 visit per day, or 31 visits in a month, as little as $7.39 per class. @Home virtual class library access is included and must be requested by emailing us at hello@pilatesv.com. Bills monthly but no commitment*. All standard studio policies apply. $15 per each cancellation with less than 12-hours notice; $25 no show fee for each no show (arriving late for class = a no show).

You’re familiar with the equipment and still have so much to learn about the Pilates principles and your own body. You’re feeling and seeing results but want to further improve your technique. You want to develop more strength, flexibility, and focus before progressing to the next level. You’ll enjoy a safe, dynamic, balanced workout set to upbeat music using a variety of equipment including the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, and small props. ** GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS; IF YOU ARE FULLY VACCINATED + BOOSTER AND HAVE SHOWN PROOF OF VACCINATION MASKS ARE OPTIONAL, IF UNVACCINATED OR REFUSE TO LET US KNOW MASKS ARE REQUIRED.**
