Our Pilates and Functional Interval Training fusion class trains your muscles to work together rather than independently by using your core to hold your body. This helps prevent injuries arising from your day-to-day activities so you can stay in the game. You’ll move between sequences every minute, keeping your heart rate up for a metabolic boost. We recommend you have a good grasp on Pilates technique to make this class more effective. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS.
