This helps prevent injuries arising from your day-to-day activities so you can stay in the game. You’ll move between sequences every minute, keeping your heart rate up for a metabolic boost. We recommend you have a good grasp on Pilates technique to make this class more effective. GRIP SOCKS AND MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS.
