v3: Reformer+ Advanced
PRE-REQUISITE: YOU MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE in v2 CLASSES BEFORE JOINING THIS CLASS. DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN AT LEAST 20-30 V2 CLASSES REGULARLY OVER CONSECUTIVE MONTHS AND DISCUSSED WITH YOUR INSTRUCTOR.
You’re ready to apply your best form, balance, and self-awareness to our most challenging and engaging Pilates repertoire. You’ll build on v2 basics with a fun variety of advanced Pilates movements using the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair, and props in a balanced, whole-body workout set to popping music.
