v3: Reformer+ Advanced

PRE-REQUISITE: Extensive experience in v2 classes.

You’re ready to apply your best form, balance and self-awareness to our most challenging and engaging Pilates repertoire. You’ll build on v2 basics with a fun variety of advanced Pilates movements using the Reformer, Springboard, EXO Chair and props in a balanced, whole body workout set to popping music. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND CLASS.
