All studios, all group classes. Unlimited defined as 1 visit per day, or 31 visits in a month, as little as $7.39 per class. @Home virtual class library access is included and must be requested by emailing us at hello@pilatesv.com. Bills monthly but no commitment*. All standard studio policies apply. $15 per each cancellation with less than 12-hours notice; $25 no show fee for each no show (arriving late for class = a no show).

 Restorative work is considered non-negotiable for keeping performance levels high and feeling in charge of your mental and physical well-being. You'll use breathing, gentle release work, and exploratory movement on the Reformer to restore balance to your body, mind and spirit.
