Sara is a certified Pilates Instructor and Chiropractor with over 9 years of experience treating sports injuries. She was first introduced to Pilates while treat competitive dancers and fell in love with its endless rehabilitation options. After a year of self-practice, Sara completed the comprehensive 500-hour certification and earned her PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) certification. She has found chiropractic and pilates to greatly reduce, eliminate and prevent pain in many patients. Her passion is to create personalize treatment plans using pilates exercise for anyone with a goal in mind.
